I am an IT Service Manager with eleven years of professional experience. I consider myself a strategic, organized and, reliable leader.

Having worked closely with CIO’s and CEO’s I am confident influencing business-critical decisions, offering credible advice and challenging executives to embrace digital transformation.

While much of my expertise is based on ServiceNow and BMC Remedy platforms, I have proven my ability to integrate solutions with a range of custom applications, 3rd party products, tools and systems.

My ITIL, DevOps and Scrum qualifications have given me the skills to manage fast-paced teams and set clear standards for the SDLC.
